We live in a sea of energy which we rarely take time to explore and sense. There is so much to be learned and experienced from working with the subtle energy of the body and mind and so much that can be cleared simply and easily by just relaxing and letting go. EXPERIENCE
Energy healing techniques i.e. energy sensing, chakra dowsing, energy cleansing and clearing and charging.
RECOGNISE
The difference between heavy and light energies and learn how to channel these effectively for yourself and others.
Explore
meditation as an healing model and learn gentle Tibetan yoga exercises to help clear the channels and chakras in the body's subtle energy system.
Clear
blocks and stuck (heavy energies in your own energy field and body with simple yet profound practices using the power of the five elements. Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Space.
Accommodation and meals are included in the price from dinner Friday evening to lunch on Sunday. Euro 370.
Bring loose comfortable clothes and a pendulum if you have one. Also wellies and rain gear, just in case, it is Ireland after all. A pen and journal will also be useful. Come to learn and enjoy and relax. There is a sauna at Hagal farm and for a small fee you can enjoy this in the evenings if you wish.
Should you wish to stay on for an evening meal on Sunday there is an extra charge for this.
